Trenčín castle - Clock Tower
The supporting structure of the building is made of stone masonry. The building has four floors. The arch ceiling constructions are made of stone, top floor ceiling is a wooden beam ceiling. Property is registered in the List of Monuments in Slovakia as a immovable national property. The reconstruction was focused on the gutter and masonry underneath. We had to figure out how to anchor new masonry to the existing one and to reconstruct the gutter and make sure there are no potential water and damp damage.
