Construction of hydropower plants VVE Ltd.
The support construction of the hall is made of prefabricated columns and steel roof, it is based on ferro-concrete large diameter columns. The columns are of prefabricated concrete of higher strength - class C45/55. The roof is created of thin-walled profiles of high strength steel. The cranes with lift capacity of 180 tons move on prefabricated columns. In cooperation with suppliers of cranes, we designed the system of cost reduction and we optimized construction with maximum price reduction by maintaining security and applicability of support constructions. Sandwich panels with thermal insulation are used for covering of the hall.
