The apartment house @lph@ consists of one underground and five overground floors. There are 33 housing units in the apartment house @lph@. The building is placed on the foundation slab. Ferro-concrete elements in the basement create so called white bath (no water insulation is used in the basement). The support system of the apartment house @lph@ is created by the combination of ferro-concrete walls and columns in the basement and wall support system on the overground floors. The attic is created by two duplex apartments with mansard roof.
